Terms of Use
FoundFraud is an editorial, educational project. Please read these terms before using the site.
Education, not legal advice
Everything on FoundFraud is provided for information and awareness only. It is not legal advice, and it does not create any attorney-client relationship. If you may be involved in fraud — as a victim, witness, or unwitting participant — start with the Reporting Compass and the official channels listed there (notably the FTC and the FBI IC3).
Accuracy
We curate cases from public records, court documents, and verified reporting, and we retract or correct what we get wrong. But we make no guarantee that any page is complete, current, or free of error. Court dockets change, descriptions simplify, and records can be misread. Verify independently before relying on anything here.
Third-party links
Where we link to government portals or news sources, the link is a pointer, not an endorsement of the site or its owners. Please report scams to the official authorities — never to a third-party “recovery” service.
Your conduct
The site hosts no user-generated public content today. Don't use FoundFraud to defame, harass, or abuse. The project exists so crimes stop living in darkness — keep it that way.
Effective: October 2026.
