Contact
We are primarily an educational resource. Our first recommendation is always to use official government channels through the Reporting Compass.
Before You Contact Us
If you have information about fraud that should be reported to law enforcement, please use the direct links on our Reporting Compass first. Those are the proper, official channels.
We are not investigators. We cannot take action on tips ourselves, and we cannot promise fast responses.
When You Might Still Want to Reach Us
You can contact us at inquiry@foundfraud.com in these situations:
- You have corrections or additional public source information about a case we have published.
- You are a journalist or researcher with a legitimate inquiry.
- You have general feedback about the site or the Fraud Matrix assessments.
- You are unsure where to turn and want a pointer toward the right official resource (we will try to help direct you).
Important: We cannot promise a quick reply. We are a small team focused on building and maintaining this educational resource. If your situation is time-sensitive or involves an active crime, contact law enforcement or the appropriate agency immediately.
Send a Message
For now, please email us directly at inquiry@foundfraud.com. Include as much clear, factual detail as you can. We read every message, but we cannot guarantee a response or timeline.
