THE FRAUD MATRIX

Investment, Ponzi & Securities Fraud

Fraudsters promise high, guaranteed returns on investments (crypto, forex, private deals, etc.). They often use new money to pay earlier investors and aggressively recruit through social circles or 'opportunities'.

  1. Pitch

A 'guaranteed' high-return opportunity arrives through your network.

  2. Earn

Early investors get paid from new deposits to build trust.

  3. Reinvest

Money flows from newer investors to older ones; pressure rises to compound.

  4. Stall

Redemptions slow, excuses mount, and statements look fabricated.

  5. Collapse

Withdrawals exceed inflows and the scheme unwinds.
