Russian National Synthetic Identity Operation Using Fake Voter Registrations

Over 100 fraudulent voter registration applications were filed using fabricated identities with sequential SSNs. The goal was to build credit profiles for loans and credit cards, including one $3,099 dental loan using an actress’s photo for a fake driver’s license.
